I like them because they were pressure treated so they aren't going to rot and their Rock pretty well-made they don't have the knots and like other pieces of wood.

These came as exactly as described and in good shape. Used them to replace some 17 yr old stringers and stairs that were finally showing their age, especially the treads, and they worked perfectly.

These stringers did not match the measurements in the description. The risers were uneven by an inch or more which would make them out of code. I ordered three of them and the measurements didn’t even match among the three making them unusable. I returned them and ordered a second set of three and the same thing happened. Waste of my time!!

Somebody at the wood shop needs to learn how to use a framing square, or how to use a saw. I bought a pair of two step risers knowing that I would need to shorten the landing step height by about 1” in my application. I have a good radial arm saw, so no problem, but I also had to recut both risers to get a 90 degree angle on them. I bought ready made to save a little time, which was lost in fixing them. One of them also has a bit of warp! Since the local HD doesn’t stock them, there’s no way to inspect in person. Next time I make my own.

Needed a new step from one part of my deck to another. This worked great! Strong and easy!

The dimensions were not the same as the other two I had bought from Home Depot therefore I had to return it

Very easy platform to build a small set of stairs, especially for a very inexperienced DIY. Very happy how every thing turned out.

Good quality product at a reasonable price. Home Depot was the only store where we could find a two stair stringer. Shipped quickly. The box was crushed but the product arrived fine.

Stingers did not match have to return, I was able to pick three three step stingers and cut down to make my two step stinger out of

they arrived in excellent shape. w/a coat of primer and paint and sitting on a bed of crushed stone i expect them to last a good long time

Ordered 3 of these. Two were ok. Last one was 1,5 off on the lower side. Very poor quality.

Perfect for the project I had I ended up doing three brand new staircases and they look amazing

These stringers took forever to get here, for some reason when you only have two steps, it's hard to find stringers. But they were in good shape and did the trick. I don't like that they print "interior" on the inside, since it still shows once the steps are in. But some stain might cover it. I'd buy again.

The stringers were cut differently, the actual dimensions were not consistent across all 6 stringers purchased. This Resulted in installation problems.

Warped, not same size...had to resize

I ordered five of these and none were the cut the same. With all of the trimming and cutting I had to do to get them to line up, I would have saved time and money just making them myself.
