I'm leaving them in place until the end of hurricane season. I placed them across my two car garage door and side door. There were only minor leaks where there were seams/grooves in the concrete.pavement. If another storm threatens, I will caulk those spots. Quick dam is more convenient than real sandbags. I don't have a truck to haul the sand bags needed not to mention the real possibility of disabling back strain.

ordered these without understanding exactly how they worked, Had asked a question about weight of box for 20 of them, but in reality they arrived in a 12"x 12" box and only weighted 12lbs, so very easy to store until needed. Was surprised at the small amount of gel inside each one but came with instructions so makes a bit of sense now. Would have been nice if it was explained in the description of this product to begin with. I am an elderly woman so needed something I could handle and this fits the bill at least when they are dry!!!

Good alternative to sandbags when needed to prevent water infiltration. Performed as expected in one situation so far. Haven't had any major storms. since purchased product to test the full performance.
