    A:  Sorry but the shortest shutter available is too large for your window unless you outside mount , if you do a 32 x 27 would fit and you could trim the length a little.

              A:  Please notice , if you read the product information on the web page you will see that the 35” shutter will accommodate an opening up to 37” , a total of 16 1/8” filler strips are included in the kit.

                A:  Dear Valued Home Depot Customer, We have reached out to the manufacturer and their reply is, For an inside mount, the 31" fits window opening width of 31 to 33 in. Please refer to the bullet points on the web page for clarification.

                    A:  No, these doesn't block noise and cold/warm air from outside.

                      A:  The shutters do not block any significant amount of noise. Cold and warm air from an open window are only marginally blocked but, a closed window and closed shutters do block a significant amount of sunlight resulting in much lower solar radiation and thus cooler indoor temps in the summer. In winter, some cold drafts may be blocked but the shutters are by no means air tight.
