A:  Zep Pet Stain & Odor Remover is only recommended for use on soft surfaces such as carpet, rugs and upholstery. We do not manufacture anything specifically for pet stains on concrete. However, one of our concrete cleaners like the Zep Driveway & Concrete Pressure Wash Concentrate may be of assistance.

A:  Pets should be removed from the area being cleaned. Once the cleaned area is dry, it is safe for pets to be back in the area. Product should be stored out of reach of pets and children.

A:  Zep Pet Stain and Odor Remover is not the same product as the Zep Odor Control Concentrate. Zep Pet Stain and Odor Remover is formulated to assist with odor and stains on soft surfaces such as carpet. Zep Odor Control Concentrate is formulated to clean and disinfect hard non-porous surfaces.

A:  Zep Pet Stain and Odor Remover is formulated specifically for soft surfaces. We would not expect it to penetrate synthetic turf to remove stains or odors.

A:  Zep Pet Stain and Odor Remover is not recommended for use inside a carpet cleaning machines. By following the directions on the Pet Stain and Odor Remover, you can pre-treat the needed area and use the carpet cleaning machine once the area has dried.
