    A:  It can be installed up to the wall if you wish. I wanted the ability to clean the floor behind the tub. I absolutely love this tub.

      Q:Is the soaking depth of the tub deep enough? Most soaking tubs are at least 15" soaking depth but this ones says 11" which seems very shallow, am I missing something, do people find this covers their bodies completely with water?

          A:  Custom units are not offered therefore the unit is only offered the way you see it. The faucet can be installed anything around the tub as long as your plumber plumbs it in the correct located you want.

              A:  the water stays nice for as long as I care to stay in the tub... if you put something around the tub, it would take away from it's beauty. The actual tub is insulated.

                  A:  No, the faucet doesn't have to be positioned as shown. It can be placed at the end of the tub if you choose.

                    A:  Most people install the faucet behind the overflow however you can install it where-ever you wish. Please ask your installer/contractor for best position for your bathroom.

                      Q:In the Specifications it states the soaking depth is 11 inches. The tub is 22"H. I measured the tubs in our home now and they are 18-20". Is that measurement correct? It seems extremely minimal.
