Q:The overflow drain is not draining. It just seems to fill up and then some leaks out the back of the tub (can’t see where). What can I do to fix this?

              Q:If facing the sloped back, what size is the drain on please? It appears the right side in the specifications for the 65" and left for the 60" tub. Is this correct?

              Q:What is the ACTUAL measurement for drain to overflow? The spec sheet states 11" (which is the same as a standard bathtub!) This cannot be deep soaking if it's only 11". The drawing shows 17" depth at drain (so if the overflow is at 11" that would put it 6" below the edge of the tub.) Somebody please give me an accurate measurement. Thank you!
