Q:Where can I buy the white replacement knobs for this timer? I bought two of them and had not used either more than 6 times or so and the knobs broke. I can find plenty of other replacement knobs on line for other brands but not these. I know now why someone had given these timers a 1 star review.

                  Answer This Question

A:  Because this is a mechanical timer, it is possible to hear the internal mechanisms counting down, but it is very faint and maybe only noticeable when in close proximity.

A:  Yes. It has a very quiet ticking sound; however, my bathroom exhaust fan makes enough noise that you can't hear the timer.

Q:Too wide for a standard faceplate (1 3/8 inch opening Required) . Do you carry a faceplate that fits this product?

                        Answer This Question

A:  The product does fit on a standard wall plate and the installation instructions should be followed in order to ensure proper fit. After the unit is wired and placed back in the wall box, the switch plate is installed, and the unit’s faceplate and knob.

A:  You can either use a decorator faceplate with the large rectangular opening, or use a regular switchplate cover and put the timer reference plate on the outside of the plate.

A:  Yes. Just turn it to zero. No problem.

                            by|Dec 3, 2018

A:  Yes. If there is more than about 5 minutes left on the timer, you just turn it the rest of the way manually. If less than 5 minutes, first turn it to above about 10 minutes then turn it to the off position.

A:  No, my wife and son keep turning it off before it stop on its own. After a while the timer does not turn off. Some how turning the timer to Off causes the switch not to fully disconnect the power. Hope this helps.
