A: No. The openings are square but they will accommodate legs up to about 4 inches (even round legs).

A: I would think not, UNLESS the tips of the legs fit within the cup atop the riser, 2 5/8 inches square.

A: The Home Depot web site will indicate whether it's on hand. We found them in stock. Note: be sure to count the legs under your bed and make sure the item you purchase provides enough of them. We needed to buy two packs!

A: I don't know if they are available in Reston or not. I got mine through mail order. This is the season to buy this item because of the huge demand from college students to raise their beds so as to make room under the bed for storage. I got a set of eight. Four five-inch risers and four three-inch risers in a set; Heavy duty! You can place the three-inch risers into the tops of the five-inch risers to make eight-inch risers I paid $8.95 for the whole set, via ordering over the internet.

Q:Can two of these risers be safely used to raise the head of a bed to help acid reflux?

Answer This Question
A: Yes, as long as the foot of the bed is prevented from sliding back for lack of two risers missing under the rear legs.

A: Making any recommendation regarding safety of a product purposefully used contrary to instructions seems dicey to me, so I will avoid offering any here. I think I would be more inclined to try one of those wedge-shaped riser to left the mattress.
by|Apr 14, 2019
A: We use two of the risers to raise the bed a bit higher as I found one wasn't enough. I don't know if using two would help with acid reflux, but it does give the bed a safe height.
by|Apr 13, 2019
A: You could do that. There would be an high angle so not sure about safe. Also,Your flooring would have to keep post from sliding. If you haven't already tried a comferter folded up and place between to box spring and mattress. That's an idea mom did that.

A: I see no reason why not, but try it and check that the bed is stable before using.
