A:  Jasonb, That is correct. The higher height given is with the hinges. More spaces, only the lower height is needed as typically the cabinets or hardware above doesn't come out as far the refrigerator. This second height is to the top of the cabinet, minus the hinges. A:  The hinges are flush with the front, one reason it looks so stylish. It measures 68 and 7/8 inches tall.

A:  The doors are 69" high and kind of hide the hinges. The doors are slightly higher than the body of the fridge, which may explain the difference, but it's no more than 1/2/inch.

A:  Saw this model at my local Lowe's but bought it online from Home Depot because it was a better price.

A:  I never found one on display in the black ice style, but the pictures on-line fairly represent how they look in real life. The doors are flat and shiny, the handles are a nice stainless finish, and the body of the fridge is textured. Controls on the front are understated but easy to use--e.g. numbers for temperature light up nicely to change fridge or freezer temp.
