Questions and Answers for Westinghouse Xavier II 52 in. Indoor Brushed Nickel Ceiling Fan

A:  The high quality motor delivers powerful air movement and quiet performance. Many other factors can effect if a fan could be noisy such as the type of ceiling, parts not being tightened and secure, and other factors.

A:  Two of my grandchildren have this fan in their rooms. They both answered yes to the noisy question.

A:  It is not noisy at all. Love the way it looks. Works great. The lighting doesn’t really light up the room.

A:  No, the lights are not dimmable, but the fan is great, we have three of them and run them constantly all summer.

A:  not that i'm aware of adding a dimmer might work but these are not standard bulbs they are a two prong plug in are very bright and hot

A:  The lights on the Xavier II ceiling fan can be dimmable as long as you are using a ceiling fan and light wall control or a ceiling fan and light remote control with it. A:  If you already have lighting yes but keep in mind they are spot lights so without other lighting it will not be enough on its own

A:  The Xavier II ceiling fan can be used in a kitchen if desired but if you are not certain, we recommend that you check with a local electrician in your area for ceiling fan building codes. We do not have a single light or pendant that matches this fan.

A:  The depth of this product from the ceiling to the bottom of light shade is 22.50 inches.

A:  No, we do not stock these blades separately and you are not able to use our generic replacement blades for on ceiling fan.

A:  Yes, this fan can be used on a sloped ceiling up to a 17 degree slope angle with the included 4 inch down rod. If the slope angle is larger than you will need to use a cathedral ceiling fan canopy kit.

A:  Yes, this fan can be flushed mounted. It is a combo mount fan that can either be flush mounted or installed with the included down rod.
