Answer This Question
A: Hello Brian,
No, the media in the link is Activated carbon. Carbon media is not used in a water softener. Softening resin is used in a water softener, Watts Part code 7300100. You would need to contact Culligan directly to ask if this would be compatible with their softener.

Answer This Question
A: Hi Sam,
This depends on your amp draw. If you are drawing 12 amps or less, a 15 amp breaker would be fine. If you are 13 amps or more (not exceeding 15 amps), then a 20 amp breaker would be necessary. At 120 VAC the system pulls one amp per 10 sq. ft.; and at 240 VAC it is 1 amp per 20 sq. ft. Mats/cables are voltage specific so make sure you know which voltage you are installing.
Best,
Watts team
