A: yes it does use regular hydro fluid. unit is full and ready to use when you receive it

A: Yes. It uses AW 32 Hydraulic Oil and it comes fully loaded and ready to use. Though instructions indicate to check level with dip stick before using the machine.

A: No, I was a the distribution warehouse and they told me the Wen started out as a company based out of Chicago. But, now they just own the name and everything with the WEN name is made in China and shipped from there.
