A: Gaylfishe: I really wish I could but I can't. It says it's a three pack so I'd say if it's in print it should be correct and that's a great price.I saw them here last year and I tired to order them three times but they couldn't accept my order, and they couldn't give me an approximate delivery date of when I could get them. In all fairness to The Home Depot, it appeared to be more of a problem with the manufacturer . I had to go elsewhere for another brand and I paid a whole lot more. If you can get them here now I'd suggest trying it, but be very careful. Growing upside down is a little different. I'd suggest you put them under the eves of a single story house or a garage where they get direct morning to noon sun. They do have to be watered daily. If you over water them, and it's easy to do, you wash out all the fertilizer and they dry out fast. They have to be fed more often too because of the small soil area but it's great fun growing upside down with: peppers, tomatoes and cucumbers. I do worry about the black color on these in the summer heat, but I'd say try it , you might like it, I sure did. Hope that helps, Hank
A: There are 3 planters in each package.
A: Tomatogrower: I have no idea, but I doubt it. Zippers and dirt don't usually get along. I've ordered it twice, once in January and once last month and they've cancelled both of my orders. I think this is an advertising boo-boo that it's still showing up on line. I hope this helps, Hank
A: Thank you for contacting Viagrow. No this planter does not have a zipper. Thank you
A: Cindy: I don't know, my store doesn't and they can't seem to get to us on line. I hope that helps, Hank
A: Cindy: I checked at my local Home Depot and the folks in the garden section said this was an on line item. I ordered a set on line last month and they informed me that they were back ordered so they cancelled my order but said I could reorder in a couple of weeks. I just reordered mine so we should all be hopefully growing soon. Hank
A: Good afternoon I do apologize right now we are all out of this product. We are expecting another shipment by the end of July. Please check back with us.
A: Doodlebug: I won't know for sure until mine arrive but from the photo I'd say probably only one. It's eleven inches in diameter and comparing that to the length of the planter material I'd say it's approximately two feet deep so I don't think I'd want more than one plant in it. I've had experience with another brand that's pretty much off the market now and when I tried a second plant in theirs it got real dicey. One plant thrived but the second struggled. I plan to only lant one in each of mine. I hope that helps. Hank
A: It doesn't look like it comes with tomatoes. You just get the planter parts.
A: Josh: since it's about the same size as the planter material, my guess is it's a relatively small determinate strain like a patio tomato. I've grown a few upside downs and I had good luck with patio tomatoes, a couple of varieties of cucumbers and various peppers. I hope that helps. Hank
A: Josh: I think any determinate variety should work. I've grown: a couple of kinds of cuc's, a variety of peppers and black prince, cherry and patio tomatoes upside down. It's easy and fun. I hope that helps, hank
A: My son-law grows beefsteak tomatoes, Plum tomatoes, and grape tomatoes, plus all kinds of herbs from his. He uses a wide bowl under it to water the birds.
A: Does it drip water after it has been watered?
How can we help?
