      A:  At 68 and leading a sedentary life, I have similar issues. I don’t know how high it sits but at the highest setting, I was able to get up fairly easily. Be careful though. Initially it will feel too heavy. It’ll tip if your not careful. Getting used to that feeling was easy for me.

      Q:Does this seat have only one locking nut? It seems there are 2 holes that you can use to lock your desired height. The seat is a little wobbly with only one locking nut. How do I make it more stable? Thanks!

      A:  Yes, my seat only has one locking nut. I guess you could add one to the bottom hole. I haven’t had a problem with my seat. Hope this helps you.

        A:  The wing nut is actually not locking, I use the lower hole and don't find it wobbly. It is supposed to "wobble" a little, that is why it is called the rocker rolling seat.
