A:  My husband and I installed 2 single gates side by side with a wheel support on one side. This worked out very nicely. No sag in the middle. The gates have been in use for over 3 years, still satisfied with the result.

A:  Gate style is based entirely on personal preference. The actual gate width is 46-9/16” and we recommend 5/8” spacing on each side between gate and post.

A:  The actual dimensions of this gate is 56-9/16 in. tall by 46-9/16 in. wide. The top and bottom rail could be cut to size with special attention paid to the spacing of the pickets. We do not recommended cutting the gate to size as you might lose the visual aesthetics of this gate. All of the hardware necessary for the installation and use of the gate is included in this kit. We recommended installing the gate to the Lafayette End Posts available online as Model #144769.
