A: Hi Spbay!
Only one glass panel slides while the other is fixed/stationary. If you are looking for double sliding doors please see the links below to our Caspian and our Houston frameless double sliding shower doors.

Q:My 60in bathtub is 3/16 out of level. Is that going to cause any issues with this sliding door installation, water leaking or anything else?

Answer This Question
A: Hi Pawel,
Unfortunately, the tub being off level will mean that the structural rail that the sliding door hangs on, will not be level. This will cause the sliding door to either open or close on its own. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns by calling 1-866-591-7792 option 2 or send an email to sf@vigoindustries.com. We are open from Monday-Friday, 8am - 5:30pm EST.

Q:Does the bottom of the sliding panel have a fixed track on the tub?
by|Sep 8, 2022

Answer This Question
A: Hi Nell,
There is a small 2 x 3 inch part called the bottom door guide which should be adhered to the tub with epoxy. This part has two slots. One slot is for the sliding panel and the other slot holds the corner of the fixed panel and the threshold. You can see what the bottom door guide looks like and where it would be placed on the ledge of the tub in the installation instructions which the link below will take you to.
