A:  Hi KeeBay, We recommend using a mixture of equal parts water and vinegar for tougher stains. Simply apply it to the stains, let it sit for a few minutes, and then gently scrub with a soft cloth. However, products safe to use on tempered glass like Rain-X can be used to help keep the inside of the glass clean and improve water drainage. For the exterior of the sink, use mild soap and water. For the tarnishing of the pop-up drain, please send photos showing the problem to daphneg@vigoindustries.com. A:  Hi Toni, The sink is not meant to be installed as an undermount sink and has not been tested as such. We highly recommend to install the sink on top of the counter as prescribed in the installation instructions so the warranty is not voided. Regards, VIGO Product Support

A:  Hi Marisa, For this sink, we recommend a faucet with a spout height between 9"-12". The top of the sink is 6" and the taller the spout is, the more clearance you will have between the sink and the faucet. However, please also consider that the taller the faucet spout is, the more likely you will have water splashing out of the sink. Regards, Vigo Product Support

A:  I purchased the taller faucet about 10 inches high and had installed off to the side on both vessel sinks.

A:  Thank you for your interest in VIGO for your bathroom needs. Choosing a countertop to pair with the sink is a customer preference. The countertop would need to be no more than 1 1/2" thick.

A:  Our bathroom vessel sinks can go on any countertop. The maximum thickness of the countertop would be 1 1/2".
