Q:The instructions recommended an optional “collar” be purchased to be installed as a base between the sink and the flat tile countertop. I called the manufacturer and was told they do not sell this piece even though it is recommended in their installation.

Though you can order the items separately to create your own combination. Vessel sink model - VG07506 vessel faucet model - VG03007MB pop-up drain model - VG07000MB
