A:  Both the velcro and tape are black.

A:  I don't know what your question is referred to but this velcro is very aggressive, means it hold super strong.

A:  No this product will not hold it is not recommended for fabric.

A:  This product is not recommended for any tpye of fabric.

A:  W do not carry a product that will attach to vinyl.

A:  Don't know the definitive answer depending which hypalon material you are using.

A:  Our adhesive backed products will not work on Hypalon.

A:  I used the Velcro as an outside application to hold shade cloth over the evaporative cooler. I'm in Lancaster , CA the high desert and it just lasted thru the season. It gets really hot here. The adhesive deteriorated.

A:  We recommend using Extreme Outdoor product as long as the surface applied to is smooth.

A:  I believe it is.

A:  We do not recommend our products for rug or carpet applications. Our products are for non-porous surfaces the air will degrade the adhesive and it will fail.

A:  As long as the wood is smooth.

A:  If it's sanded smooth and clean should hold. Does not like high temperatures as on a car windshield. Other than that should do the job.
