A:  The stationary door latches to the top of the frame so when you close the operating door if is held in place. But you can open the operating door, then unlatch the stationary door and open it as well, therefore creating a two door wide opening. They work just like your exterior doors do!

A:  Yes - a clear large opening. The door frame can be mounted either way to put the dead side on the left or right. The dead side is latched with 2 pins (requires drilling into the threshold and header). With the live side open and the dead side unlatched and open, the only obstruction remaining is the perimeter frame, which in most cases is larger than the actual door opening. .

It does not have the option for glass. We do not have security doors in a 72 x 80 configuration that have glass. We do however have a single door that comes with a glass and screen option and and looks much like the Arcada. It is called the Arbor and can be seen on homedepot.com using internet id #203080846.
