A:  To small of pole for pool attachments need to be a pool pole for attachments to work correctly .

        Q:Can this pole be used as an extension pole for attaching paint brush for painting and scraping? I find the 12 feet painting pole very heavy and hard to handle. The Home Depot guy sold this to me instead as an option, however, when I brought it home and attached a paint roller to it, it held onto the brush handle so tight that it took a very long time to unattach it. Now I am wondering if I should go back and get the heavy paint pole, rather than use this one. It might get stuck to the paint brush and scraper again, mainly when paint will play a part in it too. Sometimes it is better not to listen to any guy at Home Depot, and do your own research. i had mixed feelings when taking his advice and buying this and now.......... I am not sure what to do, drive back to the store??? Your help and advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

        A:  You can use these poles for painting,cleaning .

          A:  I bought both the squeegee and mop at Home Depot. The mop wasn't an Unger but still fit and worked perfectly.
