Yes, this flooring can be installed over radiant heat as long as these requirements are met: Subfloors should have been operational for at least one week prior to installation to calibrate temperature settings. The temperature should never exceed 85F (30C) during and after installation. Radiant components must be a minimum of ½" below allure flooring. A:  Hello lakehouse and thank you for your question. The TrafficMaster Allure Natural Cork Resilient Vinyl Plank Flooring is designed for use in a temperature controlled environment. It would not be a good choice for your summer cottage which is closed down and freezes in the winter. The adhesive cannot be subjected to temperatures down to 15F for an extended period of time. Long term exposure to freezing cold damages the floor and causes the adhesive to fail. Best wishes with your project.

This warranty is nontransferable and pro-rated. This warranty does not include labor or the cost of labor for installation of the replacement flooring nor does it include damage due to improper installation or maintenance, alkalis in the sub-floor or conditions arising from hydrostatic pressure, burns, tears, indentations, stains, or reduction in gloss due to normal use or exterior applications. This warranty shall not include loss of time, inconvenience, incidental expenses (such as telephone calls) included in the removal or reinstallation of the affected material, and any other incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of or limitations if incidental or consequential damages so that above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other legal rights, which varies from state to state. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties expressed or implied. A:  The warranty on this product is 25 years residential.

A:  The warranty is 25 years. We were successful in having Halstead International hold to the warranty due to the fact that I had called shortly after installing the floor to note a problem. But, then when I most recently called, I had my receipt and I was able to take the pictures that they needed for proof of the problem.
