A:  Thank you for your interest in Iron Wood Resilient Vinyl Plank Flooring. Allure Contract (72217C) has 4 mil ceramic-bead commercial grade wear layer for added scratch resistance and a 6-year light commercial warranty. Allure Plank (72217.0) does not have a ceramic bead wear layer nor a commercial warranty. The color and pattern is the same for both. A:  Most definitely! One of the benefits of this flooring is it's not too picky about what it goes over, it's very forgiving, any relatively smooth surface will work. Though it's actually simple to do, there is definitely a technique to installing this flooring. There are some good videos on Youtube that helped me immensely. Once you get the hang of it instillation goes quickly.

A:  Allure flooring can be placed on any clean smooth surface. If you're concerned about there being no give to the floor you could use Roberts 100 sq. ft. Roll of Serenity Foam Laminate Underlayment to soften it a bit. If you're concrete is rough or not completely level you could also consider using 555 Level Pro 40 lb. Self-Leveling Underlayment before installation.
