A:  I bought five of these and move them weekly, so I did not want real heavy bases; however, I also wanted them to be sturdy enough for heavy winds. I went with the 15-pound bases and the posts stayed upright in the wind.

A:  I got the heavier of the two options because we would be using in a shop environment, so I didn't want it to be moved to easily

A:  Not really. I set five of these out every Monday and store them on Friday. Right now, I remove the bases from the posts each Friday and stack the bases on a small dolly. I then bundle the five posts and move everything to storage. I reverse the process each Monday.

A:  No it is not stackable.

A:  no

A:  The Base is but the upright is not. It can only be laid down or stacked when put into a upright box.

A:  Bases will stack, but the delineators do not stack like cones do.

A:  I don't known but you can find out by getting on you Home Depots web page. That's how I did it my store didn't have them but another store did and I had them ship it to my store.

A:  No, you have to order the base separately. I ordered the heavier base to make sure the delineator was not easy to tip over . The base I ordered was hexagonal one and it weighed 10 lbs..
