A:  Thanks for the question...No, sorry this isn't something we recommend as the panels will not be able to bypass one another with a handle. You could install a countersunk pull, but the thickness of the material is thin enough that we would not recommend.

      A:  The 48 x 80 will not fit in a 79.5" opening. You need at least 80 1/8" high opening to install the door.

                  A:  This item cannot be painted or stained. Paint/stain will not stick to the MDF material, also this item cannot be cut due to it could damage the glass and could comprise the integrity of the product. Any alteration to the product will void the warranty.
