A:  Each of the small orange bin can carry up to 2lb; Each of the gray bins can carry up to 4lb. The overall weight capacity of this mobile bin rack is 330 lb

A:  I don’t know the exact weight capacity for the cart overall but I restore Mustangs and Corvettes and every bin is full of screws, bolts and nuts and it is extremely mobile.   This is not a toy cart!

A:  Yes the bins are detachable they just hang by the flange at the end of the bins onto the rack. I dont even put up my emptys I have them available in another area . When I need a new one, I fill it mark and label then attach to the rack. I have many projects and yet to fill all the bins.

A:  Yes, they are easily detachable. My only concern. If they get bumped, some bins that have light items inside can cause the bin to fall. I still like it very much. And think it’s a great value for the cost!!!

A:  yes, the bins are detachable. I used this in my garage when I restored both a Ford Mustang and a Chevrolet Corvette. Even weighted down with every bin full of bolts, nuts and anything car related, the cart moves freely anywhere you want it go and the bins can be taken down used, and put back with minimal efforts. the bins are also quite strong. I have put heavy Grade 8 bolts in some of the larger bins and they have not flexed even after one year of sitting. Great product worth the price

A:  not that i know of, i suppose you could get out the duck tape and DIY, but that seems silly. i really enjoy mine, made short work of such a mess in my studio! the gray bins are almost the size of a 1/2 g. milk jug. they hang off a little cleat that might not be too.hard to hack if you have a metal shop or table saw.

A:  the grey bins are quite large, the rack system overall is much bigger when you get the box. I have restored cars using these bins and they are very durable and hold a lot of weight and even fully weighted down the whole cart is quite mobile and easy to move anywhere you want it go provided the garage floor is in good condition.
