A:  Remember dimmer compatibility is a real issue with LEDs try them in a fixture without the dimmer. If they work OK them the dimmer is incompatible............

A:  Quite likely you are using non-dimmable bulbs. The dimmable TCP lights usually use 17w - if you put them on a normal switch, or change the bulbs to dimmable, you should have better results. Lights which are dimmable include 'dimmable' in the description, and usually state dimmable prominently on the package. I have found no issues with these lights on a normal switch. I have had a similar experience to your's when I put non-dimmable LED's on a dimmer switch, changing to dimmable bulbs solved it.

A:  They are not outdoor/waterproof bulbs. They can withstand damp situations but are not rated for full exposure to rain etc. I use mine under the eaves where they will not be hit by rain....

A:  Not this model. There are several other models which are. 'Dimmable' appears in the description on those bulbs which can be dimmed.

A:  No. It says non-dimmable on the box.

A:  We haven't gone below zero since i installed the lights but they are instantaneous even when temperatures are in the low teens. Our CFL lights took a while to reach full brightness at these temperatures. I expect the LEDs will be fine next winter.

A:  Hello Rick. LED lights are not effected by temperature. These lights will project light the same amount as their incandescent equivalent.
