A:  Hello, you can use a non-dimmable and dimmable together and they will look identical. Just be sure to also purchase 5000k temperature to achieve the same color light.

    A:  I saw on bulb package, it require minimum starting temperature -20*F and weather protected fixture for outside use. I don't know about winter temperature in Ohio. If it doesn't go down than -20*F, then it should be work.
