A: Hello,
I apologize for this information not being included on our listing. This bulb is UL-damp location rated and is approved for use in enclosed fixtures. I do need to point out that we have noticed that some of these items have an etch on the actual bulb that states it is "not approved for enclosed fixtures". This is not correct and was simply mis-printed on some bulbs at the factory. I wanted to let you know to avoid confusion in case you decide to purchase.

A: Hi Fong, you can use this in a ceiling fan, chandelier, table lamp, sconce, as long as your fixture has the correct base.
The base on the bulb is medium. This is known as standard.
This is not made for use in the refrigerator.
I'm not sure what you mean by viewing angle? The color is daylight.

A: I use them in ceiling fan "tulip" lights and they are great. I would not use in a refrigerator. They are not coated safety bulbs which are the recommended bulb for ovens and refrigerators.
