A:  Please accept our apology for not responding to your question sooner. There was a systems issue that prevented us from doing so. If the item number contains the suffix 'TRM,' then the unit in question would be a trim-only and would not include the necessary rough valves required for operation.     A:  Dear Anonymous: Though I have no personal experience with this system, it continues to be a popular seller for us. One thing I should mention is that the showerhead included with this system is of the 'rainshower' variety. Rainshower heads tend to be both wider and flatter than traditional heads, and provide a softer, more drenching (or rain-like) experience than traditional smaller heads. Because the spray is directed over a wider area, there is less perceived force with these type heads, which can be a concern for those with long hair who prefer a more vigorous rinse.
