Q:Is this a Swanstone or Veritek shower base? I understand the Swanstone is much more resilient and durable. Thank you.

Answer This Question
A: Thank you for your interest in Swan. The SN00036MD.037 is made from Swanstone. Veritek is the original Swanstone formula and is very durable but only available in White, Bone & Bisque. Swanstone is an updated formula and is available in more color options. The production processes are also different. I hope this information helps.

Q:I'm confused. If this neo angle base is 5 sided, and 3 of the sides are "curbed", why is it called a "single threshold"?
by|Dec 29, 2016
1 Answer
Answer This Question
A: The term "single threshold" refers to the one side used to enter and exit the shower. The three "curbed" sides are those sides which are visible once it is installed. If you go to swanstone.com and find this base you will be able to see a line drawing which should clear up any confusion. Good luck with your project.
