A:  no, definitely not. I don't know of any sink that comes with a faucet. It is just in the picture so you can see what type of faucet will fit I suppose.

A:  The KSDB-3322 only includes the sink - the faucet is sold separately. The sink comes with one faucet hole pre-drilled and has 4 additional drill-out points located under the faucet deck to accommodate a variety of faucet types as well as accessories such as a sprayer or soap dispenser. The additional holes are easily drilled using a drill and 1-3/8" carbide-tipped hole saw.

A:  The KSDB-3322 has four additional drill-outs located on the underneath side of the faucet deck. There is a drill out located on each outside corner of the sink for accessories such as a sprayer, soap dispenser or additional water dispenser. Two additional holes are located to the right of the pre-drilled faucet hole for faucets with multiple handles. Additional holes are easily drilled using a drill and 1-3/8" carbide-tipped hole saw. A:  Yes, it's pre-drilled 1/2 way through from the bottom.

A:  The specs say 33".

A:  The cutout dimensions for this sink are 32-3/8"W x 21-3/8"D. If you were allowing only for the bowl dimensions of the sink, it would drop into the cutout you have in your countertop. The issue is there are raised areas under the sink where sink clips are screwed in to hold the sink in place. If the cutout isn't large enough, these areas will not allow the sink to fit down into the cutout and be flush with the countertop. If your countertop can be notched in these areas, the sink should fit into the cutout. If the cutout cannot be notched or made larger, we do not believe this sink will work for your application.

A:  Yes, this sink is scratch and stain resistant. This product is manufactured from our solid surface material, Swanstone, which is a compression-molded, thermoset material consisting of a blend of polymer resins, fillers and reinforcement additives. The manufacturing process results in a product with extreme resistance to heat, impact, scratching and staining. The color runs completely through the material and has a matte finish that is easy to clean with common household cleansers; even abrasives can be used. This sink should look beautiful for years to come!

A:  Thank you for your interest in a Swan kitchen sink for your home. The interior bowl dimensions are: Left = 14-1/4" W x 18-7/8" L and Right = 13-3/4" W x 15-1/4" L. The drains are not in alignment with one another. The drain placement locations from the outside edges and back faucet deck are: Left = 8-13/16" x 6-3/4" and Right = 9-3/16" x 9-3/4". There is approx. 15" between the center point of the two sink drains. We hope this information helps in making a decision on your new kitchen sink!

A:  It is acrylic but arrived with chalky resiue that didn't stop coming out. Seems it needs a sealer or something put on it. We exchanged it for a stainless sink.

A:  Yes, Swan's solid surface material is heat resistant to 450°, is five times harder than other solid surface materials, and is stain resistant to common household culprits. The color and texture of the material runs all the way through the product with no surface coating to chip or crack. Swanstone sinks can be cleaned by using abrasive cleansers or other similar products. Nylon scouring pads or Mr. Clean Magic Erasers can also be used. Food-based stains can be removed using a 50-50 bleach and water solution and soaking for 5 minutes. Rust-removing products can also be used in areas with high mineral content in the water. (Metal scouring pads are not recommended.) All of these features would make the KSDB-3322 an ideal solution for a rental property!

A:  I would just go with a cheap stainless steel drop in for a rental.
