A:  The front swivel works great for my fly rod . The flush ones behind you are for your spinner or baitcasters.

A:  I'm 6' even and the adjustable foot rest is adjusted 1/2 way up for me. You should be just fine in this.

A:  I would look elsewhere, the plastic won't hold up to the weight capacity advertised. In and out of the hole is fine, but while sitting the plastic surround connected to the seat, back, arm area will crease and eventually crack. Very cheap plastic was used.

A:  The cockpit is very big, you shouldn't have any issues. I'm 6'2" and over 260 lbs, and I get in and out very easily.

A:  I'm 6' even and 275 and I've had no problem with mine. The combing is huge on these. I can even pull my feet out and dangle in the water while fishing.

A:  no, it does not. You'll be lucky if it comes at all.

A:  Paddles are not included.
