A:  The sample piece is 0.7 inches thick, and the actual granite is approximately 2 inches thick.

A:  It was several months ago but the sample was 3/4 inch and the product if I ordered it would be 2 inches. I do not have the sample anymore but that is what I remember. We decided to select a different product than the granite because after reviewing the sample we believed the colors did not match well with the other colors in the room

A:  I would suggest choosing a brown tone from the granite to paint the walls as it will tie the whole color scheme together nicely. If you bring the granite sample to a paint store, they can make you an exact match of the paint color you need.

A:  This product is meant to be installed directly on top of level, installed, cabinetry. You're existing countertop will need to be removed first.
