A:  From top of door down 40-3/8" to center of deadbolt bore, from top of door down 45-7/8" to center of lockset bore. You should have a 5-1/2" bore spacing between the center of deadbolt and center of lockset. Bore holes are 2-1/8" with a backset of 2-3/8".

A:  Hi, I bought this door for three entrances of my house 4-5 years ago and they have been great. This door offered reinforced dead bolt points for the exterior locks which were better than wood doors and jambs in this price point. My garage is detached and I didn't think to check for fire rating, sorry cant help you there. I don't recall what gauge steel the exterior is but it appears to be about the thickness of a Honda Accord front fender, hope this helps. By the way the door seals are still working very well to stop air leakage. from the out side.

A:  It is 24 Gauge, but it is not fire rated. We are working on a fire rated door with a 20 minute burn time. Should be online sometime in May.
