A: 1. The yellow strap is a wall mounting bracket. It is not intuitive as to how it works. How you take the tool out of the packaging when you first open it up can result in problems in using the wall bracket. The wall bracket is handy for people that use it in a workshop.
2. The bits are stored in the carousel at the front. Super handy design. From memory my version does not have handle storage.
3. For mine all the bits fit in the carousel plus the wall mounting bracket.
I own a LOT of tools. This is one of my most favorite. The extra diameter of the grip is fantastic to use. The clutch for forward/reverse works very well and the ratchet mechanism is a quality design. The bits they give you with the tool are the most commonly used.
I buy this tool for my friends as a gift. The weak point of the design is the wall bracket.

A: I have 7 of these screwdrivers. I have always discarded the yellow strap as packaging. The latest version of this screwdriver holds 6 bits in the butt end and another 6 bits in a carousel near the working end.
