Q:Will this fit a QOC3OU Square D panel, the current breaker is a 10 Amp, I need 30 amp to power a car lift , will there be any issues using a 30 amp, that what the lift manufacturer recommends?

A: Yes. Square D has 2 type of breakers. QO and homeline. Your panel is a QO type so the pictured breaker is a QO breaker.
