A: No, just a little to tight. You could snip the duct to allow for it to slide over to make the connection.

A: I just went out and measured mine and it is 10x9.5 and sticks out about 4.5 all in inches.

A: I bought and installed mine awhile back. It was very light, probably less than a pound.

A: Not sure exactly but I would say not over a pound. Feels very light. I used spray foam to seal it in place and prevent air leakage. I have removed the excess foam and will paint it when weather warms.
