Questions and Answers for Simple Green 1 Gal. Concentrated All-Purpose Cleaner

A:  Our Simple Green All-Purpose Cleaner can be used to clean the interior of a gas BBQ grill. You will want to be sure to thoroughly rinse with water after cleaning and before it dries. As for the exterior of a grill, you may want to spot test to be sure our cleaner is compatible with the grill, especially where it is painted. Painted grill covers may not be compatible with our cleaner/degreaser.

A:  Our Simple Green All-Purpose Cleaner is primarily used to clean and degreaser hard, rinseable surfaces around the home and business. It is not a bug killer so it wouldn't be effective against bed bugs.

A:  Our Simple Green All-Purpose Cleaner can be used around pets including cats, though you will want to keep your cat out of the area being cleaned until it is finished cleaning, rinsing, and visibly dry.

A:  Our Simple Green All-Purpose Cleaner Fresh Scent has been discontinued. We currently only offer the All-Purpose Cleaner in the original scent (sassafras/green), Lemon Scent, and Lavender Scent.

A:  Yes, our Simple Green All-Purpose Cleaner can be used to manually wash dishes. Please be sure to not use our cleaner in a dishwashing machine as it can produce an excess of foam and our cleaner is not made for use in a dishwasher. Like cleaning with any other cleaners, please be sure to thoroughly rinse all dishes with water after cleaning.

A:  Simple Green All-Purpose Cleaner can be used to clean pavers. You will want to dilute our cleaner at least 1:10 and rinse thoroughly with water after cleaning.

A:  Yes, Simple Green All-Purpose Cleaner can be used to clean a roof. You will want to use a dilution between 1:10 to 1:20 and rinse well with water to rinse off any residue.

A:  Our Simple Green All-Purpose Cleaner can clean toilets. As for deodorizing, the fragrance from our cleaner would mask any persistent odors so you will want to be sure to clean the toilet thoroughly to reduce or eliminate odors.

A:  You can use a small amount of Simple Green All-Purpose Cleaner to clean a bowling ball. You can use about half a cup (4 oz) of All-Purpose Cleaner to a gallon of water. You will want to be sure to soak your bowling ball and rinse it well after cleaning.

A:  Our Simple Green All-Purpose Cleaner Lavender Scent can be used to clean a cement basement floor prior to painting. You will want to use a light dilution of 1:30. This dilution is equivalent to 4 oz (half a cup) of Simple Green to a gallon of water. This mixture can clean the floor, then be rinsed thoroughly with water so there is no residue. Once the floor is dry, you can prep for painting.
