Answer This Question
A: Hello, thank you for your question, the "Lo" on your unit represents the approximate humidity level in your room. "Lo" means that the current humidity in the room level is at less than 30%.You can find more information on this in the owners manual Front Panel section. Q:how do I change my FZC100MFU humidifying filter on my KC85OU? specifically, how do I get the old filer off?

Answer This Question
A: Hello, thanks for your question.
Humidifying filter.
Up to 2 years after opening
Filter life can be greatly reduced depending on the room environment. Even if 2 years have not
passed, replace the Humidifying filter if you notice the following:
• Mineral deposits (white, black, or red masses) which are not removed after cleaning or the Humidifying filter is still dirty.
• Filter is severely damaged or warped.
Feel welcome to contact us for any question or concerns you might have.
