A:  THe cart is 30 1/8" Wide without the handle.

A:  Yes, you can use without the middle shelf. You do NEED the top and bottom shelf.

A:  You should be able to assemble with only two shelves. The middle one, while adding stability, can be placed at any height, depending upon which grooves in the support poles you use to snap on the black shelf holders.

A:  The Seville Utility Cart should hold 75 lbs. The utility cart has a 500 pound capacity. So that should be approx 175 pounds per shelf

A:  Unable to determine without the dimensions of the portable dish washer. We recommend that the small portable countertop dishwasher sits within the shelf (no overhang) for stability. The utility cart can hold up to 500 pounds; 75 lbs. is not a problem.

A:  The UltraZinc plating is rust-resistant, but not rust-proof. While temporary use outdoors and in steamy rooms shouldn’t be an issue, continuous exposure in rooms with high-humidity (like bathrooms) or outdoors increase the chance the units will rust. A:  All of the shelves are height adjustable to suit your needs.

A:  The shelf in the center (middle) is height adjustable.

A:  I don't think so. I think the middle shelf is the only shelf that be adjusted. The top and bottom shelf keep the uprights straight.
