Remove any loose or peeling paint with a wire brush or sandpaper, then wash the floor with a good cleaner degreaser to remove dirt and grime as well as all grease and oil stains, rinse and allow to dry. When dry, sand the surface with 120–150 grit sandpaper, wipe up the sanding dust, then prime using Seal-Krete Lock-Down Concrete Binding Primer. Lock-Down must be allowed to dry a minimum of 2 hours to ensure proper adhesion of topcoat. Epoxy-Seal can then be applied, 2 coats are required.
