    Q:I am like 90% sure this will snap into a standard Johnsonite plastic track. Has anyone had any experience doing so? The height is identical to a 3/8 Johnsonite rubber T. Would like to know for a large retrofit.

        A:  The Schluter website says to use an elastomeric caulk/adhesive. They suggest their own Kerdi Fix, which I've used before when installing their other products. It is a little pricey but worked well.

          A:  They do not come with a strip to insert them into. You need to have a slot that you can insert the tongue into, and then secure with some sort of adhesive caulk. I think Schluter recommends their stuff, but I think most any adhesive caulking would work. I used some leftover Wedi adhesive.
