Yes, you would need to place a special order through a major US retailer and request the lock come with square-cornered faceplates and strike plates instead of the round-corner hardware. The part number for the F-series knob/levers strike plates would be 10-026 and F206-476 for the faceplates on the latches.

A:  Our levers and knobs protrude about 2.5 inches from the surface of the door.
