Q:Can I replace just the door knobs with schlage oil rubbed bronze dummy door knobs at <$10 each, or do I need to get knobs that include the latch mechanism at >$20 each?

A: Hi Leon, sorry you will have to get the door knobs with the latch mechanism. Dummy or inactive door knobs only attach to the door and do not turn. You pull them.
