A: there is a little black handle in the middle of the cart. Pull it up and the cart collapses into itself then just pull on the cover and latch it under neath between the wheels. Simple/

A: If your lawn is very smooth, yes. If your lawn is bumpy, maybe, but this cart really prefers very smooth surfaces for easy pulling.

This particular model is made with hard rubber-flat free wheels which are designed for a compacted-flat surface.
To operate on the beach with the soft sand, you would be better off using the one of the “All-Terrain Wagons”:

The tires on these models are better suited for the beach environment.

A: Thank you for your question. Unfortunately it is not easy to remove the fabric to wash. It can be washed by hand on the frame however.
