A:  Yes its easy to use. Storage in small space

A:  Yes, frame is steel, no issues with rust or weakness in frame. The front wheels swivel and is able to steer with handle. Love mine, it's a "god sent" for hauling in groceries, or taking recyclables to curb.

A:  Yes the frame to the wagon is steel! But no the handle don’t steer! The wagon goes wherever you guide or pull it! It’s a very neat wagon!!!!

A:  Yes it has metal bars running across the bottom to support the weight! You will be able to carry your 5gal bottles of water safety!

A:  Yes, this model does have metal underneath and has a weight capacity of 150 pounds.

A:  Honestly, I don't know because I disposed of it about 6 months after getting it because one of the wheels was not aligned correctly and made it tough to use and it left a black track everywhere I went. I recommend finding another one instead of this one. It is heavier than the one I now use, but actually worked fine until the wheel went out of alignment.

A:  Wheels do not lock. Is a durable wagon and rolls very well. It also will hold my lady friend who weighs about 120lbs.
