    Q:I am finding it difficult to cook in the bottom oven. Whatever i cook in the bottom oven takes forever. i cooked back potatoes and cooked them for 1.5 hours and they were still hard. is anyone having that problem?

        A:  This is truly one oven with a thin divider between the two compartments. Yes there are dual temperature controls but there is a limit of how far they can be set from one another and it is very close. Like 10-25F. If you need two ovens look elsewhere

It allows the single oven to split into two ovens with the Smart Divider and also use convection cooking in both ovens.                 A:  Bottom is warming drawer. Storing the divider for whole oven cooking is a bit of a pain.

                    A:  Per page 43 of the user manual, "If the racks are left in the oven during a self-cleaning cycle, their color will turn slightly blue and the finish will be dull. After the self-cleaning cycle is complete and the oven has cooled, rub the sides of the racks with wax paper or a cloth containing a small amount of oil. This will help the racks glide more easily in their tracks" ^Lo
