Q:Can you get a replacement key at the store or online?

A:  I don't know if you can get a key made at the Stores, but each of these Mail Boxes come with 4 keys all the same and each key will open both the street side and the back side of the box. I hope this helps.

    A:  Online from manufacturer. The same place you can get the mounting plate dimensions . Or buy a new lock from Home Depot.
