A:  Hello, Both Charcoal and Bright will provide the same visibility but the charcoal color with reduced the glare from the sun.

A:  With the Charcoal, visibility is good with reduced glare looking out of the window, but it seems to be less visible looking in from a distance.

The screen should also prevent the entry of pests, so long as they are larger than the size of the opening in the mesh.
